REGISTRATION

Registration of all Premier League players is accomplished on-line. Team managers must register players by following these procedures:

Go to the SOASA on-line registration site here: www.rivershark.com/soasa

Log in to your team with the password provided by the Premier League to register your players. Make sure to fill in all fields completely or the registration will not be accepted.

Hit the "enter new player" button to add each player, continue until all players are entered.
Hit the "edit" button to update existing player information.
Players cannot be deleted, but can be designated as "inactive".
Maximum of 22 "active" players on the roster at any one time.
Maximum of 18 players may play in any match.

The registration fee for each player is $30.00, which is valid from September 1 through August 31. This fee must be paid before the player is eligible to participate in the Premier League.

Attach a photo of the player (1"x1" headshot) to the pass and have the player sign his card.

Upon payment of the above registration fee ($30.00), the league will stamp the player pass with the State Registrar’s signature and will laminate the pass for you, if you wish.

Passes are not valid and the player cannot play unless the pass is signed, stamped and laminated.

A one week grace period will be given, but all players must have valid passes by Match Day Two.
