U.S. Soccer's Referee Abuse Prevention ("RAP") Policy

U.S. Soccer has instituted the Referee Abuse Prevention Policy or "RAP" (Policy 531-9), which has stringent sanctions for verbal or physical abuse or assault of match officials. This is a U.S. Soccer policy that all Columbus Premier League players, managers, fans and other participants must follow. The Columbus Premier League has zero discretion in the administration of sanctions for violations of U.S. Soccer's RAP Policy.
