The Columbus Premier Soccer League is pleased to invite you and your food truck to one of our Match Days for our upcoming Spring 2016 season. Our matches are played on Sundays at the Soccer Fields at Easton on Sunbury Road. We will be offering the following dates for our Spring season:
Sunday May 1
Sunday May 8
Sunday May 15
Sunday May 22
Sunday June 5
Sunday June 12
With the following rain dates (if necessary):
Sunday June 19
Sunday June 26
We will only have one (1) food truck attend for each date, so please indicate alternate date(s) you would be available if your first choice has already been filled.
Times will be 10:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. We anticipate at least 500 people to attend, including players, referees and fans. We do not require any up-front permit or set-up fee, but we do ask for a donation from a portion of your sales at this event (25%). We will promote your food truck on our website (logo and link) and in our communications during the week prior and the week after your date of participation. We also plan to do the same during our Fall season.
You will be required to have your own liability insurance; proper temporary food permit and other necessary operating certificate(s); and fully indemnify the Premier League and the property owners of the soccer fields.

5. Do/can you sell beverages (water, soda, etc.)?
6. Do you need electrical hook-up – if so what wattage? There is electricity at the soccer fields, but may not be able to accommodate all vendors, so if you have your own generator, that would be preferable.
7. Any other information or requirements?
